FROM ITALY TO PATRAS

There are daily ferries from Italy, at the ports of Venice, Ancona and Bari. Trip time is 16 to 31 hrs depending on the port of choice. When at Patras’ port, venue place (Porto Rio Hotel) is 20’ by car, using the ring road. Route through city center last longer.

FROM ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO PATRAS

You can easily reach Patras from the Athens International Airport (Venizelos) ATH.
By Car

You can rent a car from one of the many rental companies located at the airport and drive to Patras. This option gives you more flexibility. The distance is 235 Km through highways, and the trip last about 2 ½ hours. Toll rates are applied.

By Train

There are 10 daily round-trip routes, by Hellenic Trains connecting Athens international airport Venizelos and Patras.
First take the Suburban Railway System (Proastiakos) from the airport to the Kiato station. Due to upgrading works, the rail service from Kiato to Patras is temporarily suspended. So, at Kiato station a Hellenic Trains bus will be waiting for all passengers bound for Patras to re-embark. This bus will take to Patras central station.

FROM ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO PATRAS

First take the X93 bus (5euros, 50-60minutes) from the airport to the central bus station in Athens (Kifissos KTEL Bus Station), or take a taxi (about 40euros, 20minutes) to the central bus station in Athens (Kifissos KTEL Bus Station). At Kifissos central station ask for KTEL Achaias and take another bus to Patras. Buses from Kifissos central station depart for Patras on an hourly basis.

FROM ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO PATRAS

You can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which takes approximately 2 1/2 hours and costs on average 260 euros.

FROM ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO PATRAS

You can also arrange for a private (group) transfer from the airport to the hotel (see suggested travel agency, Super Travel)

FROM ARAXOS AIRPORT TO PATRAS

There is also Araxos (Patras) Airport GPA, 54km from the venue place but it serves mostly charter flights. If teams or groups can arrange a private or charter flight, the opening of the airport can be arranged for their flight (contact suggested travel agency, Super Travel)
